Returns

  • Due to the nature of our product (Hair Oil/Personal Care), we can only accept returns if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
